Had a great stay on vacation. "The suite was very pretty with a balcony.- "The location was marvelous and unbeatable, around 10-15 minutes walk from the opera house.

It is a modern hotel located behind the Opera House and very close to the lake and pier where the boats leave for excursions. few minutes away from several tram stops, although the distance to the medieval area can be done on foot. staff was very kind, we arrived in the morning and they had the rooms ready, we were in a hurry to take a tour and they speeded up the check-in and asked us for a taxi. Everything is impeccably clean, rooms and common areas. breakfast is varied and good, they serve it until 11 in the morning, in case someone doesn't want to get up early.

The room was a bit small, although with everything necessary, but as our luggage was light since we were only going to be there for a weekend this was not a problem. At night there is nobody in the reception, they have a key system so you can enter after 22h. At the weekend the bar-restaurant does not open, except for breakfast. All this did not create any problem for us, if anything the only blur was that the last day at 9 am there were no more croissants at breakfast and they were not going to replace them.

The hotel met the demands, I would return anytime. The property was stylish and the staff was pleasant, it had amazing location in Downtown Zurich.

The central location here is ideal for exploring the old town, the friendly staff really made me feel at home, and the modern design includes a trendy balcony.

My room was small but very modern and almost "design". The staff is very helpful. The hotel has a nice and lively bar/restaurant on the ground floor. Location is central. The hotel has a few parking slots on the back.

The reception area is very small and the hotel lacks a lounge, although it has a bar. There is a construction site next to the hotel, not a problem if you wake up before business hours but it might be a problem for weekenders.

location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, everything is nearby, staff and services excellent, very kind and helpfull, right guidance which saves your time and having lots of fun

I loved staying in a room with a balcony equipped with a mini-bar, central heating, and coffee/tea amenities which were perfect for my Christmas stay.

All in all everything was perfect, had a really good stay on such a hot night in Zurich. We had nicely decorated rooms for the extra breakfast and the staff were amicable! The breakfast was savoury and very very good, the check in was easy. The location was absolutely perfect, for example, a Romanesque - style Protestant church was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. Moreover, it was next to 5minutes tothe lake, supermarkets and central Zurich.

Great location, very quiet. Superior room is big enough for 2 adults and 2 children.
